About Me
My name is Mateya Rejane, and I'm a Holistic Coach, Master Reiki, intuitive guide, and sacred space holder for women ready to reclaim their truth.
My path to this work wasn't linear. Like many of us I learned early on to be strong, stay quiet, and carry what hurt me-- even when it didn't belong to me. I spent years in survival mode, navigating emotional wounds, spiritual disconnection, and relationship patterns that left me feeling unseen and misunderstood.
For years, I ignored the alarms of my body until they turned into symptoms I could no longer ignore-- Weight gain, obesity, anxiety, fatigue and chronic imbalance. My journey began when I realized that my physical health was deeply connected to the emotional and spiritual parts of me I had long neglected.
But I always knew... there was something deeper. A voice within that whispered, "You are meant for more than this."
Through my own healing journey-- from inner child work to nervous system regulation, from ancestral clearing to soul awakening-- I've come home to myself piece by piece. And now I hold space for you to do the same.
